Are you a CA(SA) seeking a Financial Manager role?

Our client, a well-established and reputable company within the gambling industry, is seeking a highly skilled and qualified Financial Manager to join their finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Chartered Accountant CA(SA) to take ownership of the full financial function and play a pivotal role in managing the company’s financial strategy within a growing and fast-paced sector. The role is based in the northern suburbs of Cape Town, offering a dynamic work environment with ample opportunities for professional growth.

Duties:

Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and company policies.
Lead the financial planning and budgeting processes, including the preparation of detailed financial reports and forecasts for senior management.
Manage the full financial accounting function, ensuring timely and accurate financial records.
Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
Coordinate and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure financial operations align with industry-specific regulations and guidelines.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of the gambling or gaming industry.
