We are seeking a qualified and experienced National Sales Manager to lead and manage our client, a Car rental service companys sales team across the country. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. The National Sales Manager will also be tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and driving business development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their sales goals.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the company's customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions to improve sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and trainings to motivate and support the sales team.
• Travel to key client locations and sales meetings as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a national or Regional sales role.
• Experience in the Car Rental Industry highly advantageous.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working in a B2B sales environment is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
