A dynamic social commerce startup is looking for an experienced Inventory and Creditors Clerk to join the team.
You will assist with stock/ inventory control and Creditors process.
Minimum Requirements:
3 or more years of experience in inventory management and creditors.
Supply chain related tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
Previous experience with perishable grocery items is essential.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in inventory management and invoicing software (Odoo preferred).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Weekly travel to the Benrose warehouse will be required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, transfers, and adjustments.
With the support od the Warehouse team, monitor and replenish stock based on sales trends and needs.
Conduct regular stock audits, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues.
Process incoming and outgoing stock transactions, invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders.
Ensure accurate creditor invoice processing and payment submissions.
Liaise with suppliers, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
Update inventory management systems and generate insightful reports.
