- General administrative duties
- Assist in the maintenance of financial records
- Assist with monthly and year-end stock takes
- Assist management with queries/requests
- Provide assistance and back up to team members
Qualifications and Skills
- Matric / Grade 12
- Relevant degree / diploma (advantageous)
- Computer literate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advance functions such as VLOOKUP (advantageous)
- Pastel Partner experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent numerical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure
- Ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow rules and procedures
