My client is looking for a Group Risk Management Specialist: Data Analytics.

My client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a strong background in mathematics, data programming, and data analytics to join their dynamic team. As part of a high-performing team, you will act as an internal consultant, reviewing various areas of the organization to solve real business problems, understand the underlying processes, and provide actionable recommendations that add tangible value to the business. Your contributions will be vital in driving improvement and delivering measurable benefits each quarter.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Use Agile project methodology to analyze and interpret key business and operational data, testing hypotheses to identify solutions to complex business problems.
• Participate in team efforts that involve hypothesis testing, interviews, data analysis, and formulating outcomes with recommended action plans.
• Define, quantify, and solve business problems across various functions including HR, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Technology.
• Lead or contribute to teams delivering tangible results using data analytics tools (Power BI, SQL, Excel, Celonis, etc.).
• Analyze and interpret key business processes and operational data to validate or refute hypotheses.
• Collaborate within the team to ensure clean, reliable, and dependable data analysis.
• Deliver impactful presentations to senior executive stakeholders at both regional and global levels, driving corrective and preventative actions.
• Actively contribute to the design and development of Enterprise Risk Management strategies and platforms, utilizing innovative tools such as PowerApps, Flows, Python, and R.
• Lead the exploration and deployment of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to streamline and automate periodic reviews.
• Champion the use of digital and technological tools to support sustainable risk management approaches and continuous improvement.
• Support team development in data analytics capabilities, ensuring synchronized team strength.
• Embrace challenges by stepping out of your comfort zone and building a strong network within a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
• Tackle new problems and learn new processes every quarter, contributing to continuous growth.
• Monitor the operational risk environment proactively, leveraging data analytics skills and business acumen to manage arising risks.
• Pull data from various platforms and develop reports using Power BI to support testing and decision-making processes.
