Production Process Manager - Johannesburg. A large group of companies is looking to hire a Production Process Manager to join their team in Johannesburg East. Managing a team of Production Managers and Planners to analyse production procedures, create strategic plans to eliminate inefficiencies on production improvements implemented.

The Production Process Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and being accountable for the ongoing continuous improvement of the production process.

Requirements:

Experience working with industrial machinery.
Experience working in a production environment.
Strategic planning skills.
Experience in Six Sigma / Lean manufacturing.
Experience with quality management systems.
Project management experience.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
