• Geldige rybewys

Verantwoordelikhede

• Adviseer kliënte oor tegniese inligting rakende produkte en dienste
• Volg op bestellings en gee terugvoer
• Hanteer kliënte-navrae en voer administratiewe take uit
• Verkoop en bevorder produkte deur up- en cross-selling, insluitend spesiale aanbiedinge
• Bou en handhaaf goeie verhoudings met die verkoops- en ondersteuning-spanne
• Hanteer uitdagende kliëntsituasies professioneel en bied oplossings
• Verseker tydige aanmelding, netheid en goeie persoonlike versorging
• Vestig en handhaaf sterk kliëntverhoudings
• Hou verkoopsisteme op datum met kliëntinligting en oproepstatusse
• Streef verkoopsdoelwitte na en onderhandel bestellings suksesvol
• Verseker korrekte pryse en promosies
• Gee toepaslike advies aan kliënte oor produkkeuses

Salary: Basic Salary: R4,000 + Commission + Travel allowance: R 4,000

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in sales is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on technical information related to products and services
• Follow up on orders and provide feedback
• Handle client inquiries and perform administrative tasks
• Sell and promote products through up- and cross-selling, including special offers
• Build and maintain good relationships with the sales and support teams
• Manage challenging client situations professionally and provide solutions
• Ensure timely attendance, neatness, and good personal grooming
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships
• Keep sales systems updated with client information and call statuses
• Strive to meet sales targets and successfully negotiate orders
• Ensure accurate pricing and promotional execution
• Provide appropriate advice to clients regarding product selection
