Are you a detail-oriented and dynamic Management Accountant with a proven track record in the manufacturing industry?

We’re looking for a skilled professional to join my clients team in East Johannesburg. If you have at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing and hold a CIMA/CGMA qualification, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

As the Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial insight and strategy. Your duties will include:

Preparing management accounts and providing accurate financial reporting.
Developing and monitoring annual budgets to support strategic decision-making.
Conducting cost analysis to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborating with department heads to forecast and control costs effectively.
Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls.
Assisting with month-end and year-end financial processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

CIMA/CGMA qualification (or equivalent).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in management accounting, budgeting, and cost analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
Advanced knowledge of financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
