A leading financial services client of ours is seeking an Intermediate BI Developer to join their team in Johannesburg North. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled BI professional to contribute to a variety of data-driven projects in a dynamic financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Business Intelligence solutions, focusing on data analytics and reporting for financial services applications.
Build and optimize data pipelines and dashboards using SQL and visualization tools such as Power BI and QlikSense.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data flow and reporting.
Debug, optimize, and troubleshoot cloud-based solutions and processes (e.g., Azure Logic Apps).
Utilize programming languages such as C# and Java to build and enhance data-driven solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in building data solutions, particularly in BI/Data programs.
Certification and/or practical experience with relevant database platforms.
Strong understanding of SQL and experience with visualization tools like Power BI and QlikSense.
Solid grasp of programming logic to develop and debug cloud-based solutions (e.g., Azure Logic Apps).
Experience with programming languages such as C# or Java is highly advantageous.
