Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of financial reports, including monthly management accounts and annual financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to drive business performance.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory management, and production-related financial controls.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk effectively.
• Collaborate with operations teams to align financial practices with production activities.
• Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• CA (SA) or CIMA qualification preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a financial management role within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, production finance, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and data analysis.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization.
