Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including IFRS.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
• Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development and a high-performance culture.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and identify opportunities for financial improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• CA (SA) qualification is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years in a financial management role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and South African tax laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Excel.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
