Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, and present detailed management accounts and financial reports.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Conduct variance analysis, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with departmental heads to develop and monitor financial performance indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee cost accounting functions, including standard costing and margin analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CIMA, CA(SA), or equivalent.
