My client, a well-established leader in the freight forwarding industry, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead their operations and drive growth at their local branch. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of freight forwarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of branch operations, ensuring efficient and profitable performance.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team across various functions, including sales, operations, and customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to increase the branch’s market share and profitability.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
Monitor operational performance, including financial management, budget control, and KPI tracking.
Collaborate with other branches and departments to streamline operations and maximize efficiencies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a senior management role within the freight forwarding industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent understanding of freight forwarding, including air, sea, and road logistics.
Ability to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
Strong client management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L.
