Looking for a flexible and tech savvy Talent Acquisition & Human Capital Administrator who will be a key member of the Human Capital team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various aspects of employee recruitment, onboarding, and administration. They will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and maintaining accurate employee records. Working with a dynamic and passionate team, you will navigate the dynamic world of Fintech recruitment, uncovering hidden gems, and shaping the future of the organisation.

• Candidate Screening and Selection
• Resume and Application Review
• Initial Phone Screening
• In-Person Interviews
• Hiring Metrics Tracking
• Candidate Follow-Up
• Talent Pool Management
• Human Capital administration
• Recruitment Metrics

Requirements

Education& Experience

• Proven Experience in Talent Acquisition
• Completed undergraduate degree in HR or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media platforms and niche professional recruiting websites to identify qualified candidates
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems to streamline the recruitment process and manage candidate data

Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and interact with various individuals.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely completion
• A strong sense of confidentiality, dependability, and credibility to handle sensitive information
