Looking for a flexible and tech savvy Talent Acquisition & Human Capital Administrator who will be a key member of the Human Capital team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various aspects of employee recruitment, onboarding, and administration. They will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and maintaining accurate employee records. Working with a dynamic and passionate team, you will navigate the dynamic world of Fintech recruitment, uncovering hidden gems, and shaping the future of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Talent Acquisition:
- Job Posting and Sourcing
- Candidate Screening and Selection
- Resume and Application Review
- Initial Phone Screening
- In-Person Interviews
- Hiring Metrics Tracking
- Candidate Follow-Up
- Talent Pool Management
- Human Capital administration
- Recruitment Metrics
Education& Experience
- Proven Experience in Talent Acquisition
- Completed undergraduate degree in HR or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media platforms and niche professional recruiting websites to identify qualified candidates
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems to streamline the recruitment process and manage candidate data
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and interact with various individuals.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely completion
- A strong sense of confidentiality, dependability, and credibility to handle sensitive information
