The Role: As theirSolar Project Manager, you will oversee every phase of their solar installations, from planning and procurement to execution and handover. This is a hands-on role where you’ll coordinate teams, manage budgets, ensure quality control, and work closely with clients to ensure each project is delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor solar projects to ensure seamless delivery
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to meet project milestones
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality standards
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Maintain strong client relationships and communicate project progress effectively
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
Champion sustainability and innovative solutions in each project phase

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in project management, ideally in renewable energy or construction
Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and installation processes
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative approach
Familiarity with project management software (like MS Project or similar)
PMP or similar certification is a plus
A passion for renewable energy and sustainability
