USER PROFILER

BASIC SALARY: R499 822 TO R596 054 PER ANNUM ● CS 217/24 ● CIVIC CENTRE, CAPE TOWN

Requirements:   

• Minimum National diploma 
• Minimum of four (4) relevant years of experience in a Microsoft Enterprise Active Directory environment and Azure Active Directory (Entra-ID)
• An understanding and experience of current industry technology standards and frameworks.

Key performance areas:  

• Ensure the management of workstations are set to a standard and maintained so they are secure and managed
• Ensure the integrity of all domain controllers are maintained so that the managed environment is effectively managed and secure
• Ensure the user community can have access to their applications and data to ensure optimal service delivery
• Follow IT Service Management strategies to provide service excellence for performance measurement, communication and transparency
• Offer advisory and support to stakeholders for integration and compatibility to provide awareness of common interest or share information.
