- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the property portfolio
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Analyze property performance and provide financial insights to support decision-making
- Manage cash flow, funding, and debt structures to optimize financial efficiency
- Implement and monitor risk management strategies to minimize financial and operational risks
- Completed BCom degree in a related field
- Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles
- 5+ Years experience within a senior management role
- Property industry experience required
