Duties (not limited to):

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the property portfolio
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Analyze property performance and provide financial insights to support decision-making
• Manage cash flow, funding, and debt structures to optimize financial efficiency
• Implement and monitor risk management strategies to minimize financial and operational risks

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Qualifications:
  • Completed BCom Degree in a related field
  • Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles
• Experience:
  • 5+ years' experience within a senior management role
  • Property industry experience required
