- Fleet dealer technical support.
- Conduct technical investigations and reporting.
- Installation quality audits on customer sites
- Conduct fleet Installer and technician sign off.
- Create and review fleet technician and installer certification assessments.
- Client specific solutions and creation of client specific installation documents and work instructions.
- Conduct Fleet product and technical training for dealer technicians.
- Conduct annual fleet technician and installer re-certification.
- Creating and updating of all activity cases on Salesforce.
- Creating and updating of Installation guided to include new products offered by the company
- CAN sniffing and script generation.
Required Skills
- Facilitator And Assessor: 2 to 3 years
- Computer Literate Experience: 2 to 3 years
- Fleet Management Software: 2 to 3 years
- Automative Knowledge: 2 to 3 years
- Fleet Product Knowledge : 2 to 3 years
- Self Managed On Tasks And Projects: 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Fleet Products.
- Experience in installing Fleet management systems.
- Fleet Technician certification.
- Facilitator and Assessor certificates.
- Self manged on tasks and projects.
- Automotive electrical qualification will be an advantage.
- Computer literate – intermediate level MS Office, word.
- Advanced knowledge of Fleet management software.
- Valid South African passport.
- Valid Driver’s license (passenger vehicle).
- Ability to travel locally and internationally when required.
- Experience creating training material and installation guide documents.
