Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and resolve variances through detailed analysis.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to optimize supply chain processes.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff, fostering teamwork and accountability.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges, including fault finding and process improvements.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Utilize ERP systems for tracking inventory, generating reports, and ensuring accurate data entry.
• Ensure optimal use of storage space and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Assist in planning and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role, preferably in the electrical or energy sector.
• Strong experience in inventory management, stock tracking, and resolving discrepancies.
• Proficient in ERP systems with a focus on inventory and reporting functionalities.
• Familiarity with working alongside 3PL providers and managing logistics.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on operational improvements.
• Knowledge of health and safety compliance in warehouse environments.
