Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead analytics solutions within their organisation. This role involves collecting, analysing, and interpreting large datasets to inform decision-making and driving impactful strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain analytics applications and centralised data warehouses.
Analyse and interpret trends in complex datasets, offering actionable insights.
Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and quality standards.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align analytics initiatives with business goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
At least 6-7 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and AWS Big Data.
Expertise in data models, database design, and statistical analysis.
Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., XML, JavaScript, ETL frameworks).
