â Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans aimed at attracting and retaining corporate clients in the recruitment industry.
- Align marketing strategies with business goals to support growth and expansion.
- Oversee the company’s brand image, messaging, and market positioning.
- Ensure consistent and effective branding across all marketing channels and client touchpoints.
- Lead the creation of engaging and relevant content (e.g., blogs, case studies, white papers, social media posts, email newsletters).
- Ensure all content is aligned with target audience needs and optimized for SEO.
- Design and execute lead-generation campaigns to attract qualified B2B leads through digital and traditional channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Manage and optimize digital campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and refine strategies to maximize ROI.
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance and key metrics to guide future marketing decisions.
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, webinars, and industry conferences to increase brand visibility and engage potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, partners, and potential clients.
â Collaboration with Sales and Operations Teams:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales objectives.
- Provide the sales team with the necessary marketing collateral, tools, and insights to support lead conversion.
- Manage and mentor a marketing team, including design, branding, events
- Provide guidance and support for marketing team members to help them achieve personal and team goals.
- Experience in managing agencies and supplier relationships
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively across various campaigns and activities.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing activities.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on marketing performance, trends, and ROI.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in recruitment marketing, digital marketing tools, B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
- Continuously assess and adapt marketing tactics to remain competitive in the market.
- A master’s degree in marketing or a related field – because you’re not just a manager, you’re a marketing guru! ð
- At least 7 years’ experience in Marketing of which 3 years' continuous job experience as a Marketing Manager (Previous people management experience)
- Previous experience in Brand Management as well as digital strategy
- 3 years exposure in digital marketing
- Managing 2 or more brands
- Previous experience in B2B and B2C Marketing
- Full 360 marketing (digital, traditional, out of home, PR),
- Multinational exposure
- Leadership skills that inspire teams to greatness.
- Social media savvy, trend awareness, and a passion for connecting with people.
