Purpose of role:We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to ensure high-quality service delivery solutions toour clients within the ICT sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-dayoperations, maintaining existing relationships with customers, partners and vendors, reporting to theManaging Director.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the company, working with executives (Project Managers, Consultants, Admin, Finance etc) to ensure business operations are not. disrupted.
Service Delivery Solutions: Develop and implement service delivery strategies to meet client needs and exceed their expectations.
Project Management: Lead service delivery projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
Manage Relationships: Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
Leadership: Manage and mentor team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Performance Evaluations: Conduct staff performance evaluations and salary reviews.
Recruitment: Champion the recruitment of new staff to build a strong team.
Tender Management: Oversee the tender response team to ensure timely and competitive submissions.


Budget Support: Assist the Managing Director with budget preparation and execution.
