Key Responsibilities:

Investment Analysis: Evaluate potential investment opportunities through in-depth financial modeling, market research, and due diligence.
Deal Execution: Support the deal team in structuring transactions, preparing investment memos, and managing deal processes.
Portfolio Management: Monitor and analyze the performance of portfolio companies, providing actionable insights to maximize returns.
Market Research: Identify trends and emerging opportunities within target industries.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members, external advisors, and portfolio company management teams to execute investment strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or management consulting.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuations, and data analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
