Client Interaction

Event Inventory Management

Work closely with the Brand Manager to identify and solve any unexpected challenges during events. Your proactive attitude and quick thinking will keep things running smoothly

Administrative Support: Handle event-related paperwork, including contracts, invoices, and schedules

Pre-Event Coordination: Ensure all vendors and services are confirmed prior to the event day, and that they arrive on time with everything required. Provide support in event run-throughs and rehearsals where necessary

Social media & Event Promotion Support: Work with the marketing team to promote events through Rockstar Studios’ social media channels, assisting with event photos, live updates, and behind-the-scenes content as needed
