Job & Company Description:

Private equity firms in South Africa invest in private companies or real estate, enhancing their value for profitable exits. They provide capital, strategic guidance, and support for growth initiatives, working closely with management to improve operations and strengthen market positioning.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Expertise in tax compliance, planning, and reporting to ensure efficient and regulatory-compliant financial operations
Adept at preparing and analysing detailed financial statements to provide strategic insights
Experienced in handling currency transactions and managing exchange rate risks effectively
Skilled in budgeting and forecasting to align financial resources with organizational objectives
Conduct financial analysis and investment reporting to support informed decision-making

Qualifications:

BCom Honours in finance
SAICA articles
Minimum 3 years post article experience
Eligible to write Board 1
