Job & Company Description:

Managing financial reporting and analysis
Preparing and overseeing budgets and forecasts
Conducting variance analysis and providing recommendations
Advising senior management on financial strategies
Implementing improvements to financial systems and processes

Education:

CIMA qualification (Essential)
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Job Experience & Skills required:

3+ years’ experience in management accounting
Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
Proven experience in providing strategic financial guidance
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Manufacturing experience is an advantage, but not required
