- Matric, or similar qualification advantageous
- BAA or AEA Qualification
- Firefighting and OHS Qualification
- Proven experience in First Aid, Fire and OHS Facilitation & Assessment
- Valid SA driver’s license
- Clear criminal check
- Computer literate in MS Office including PowerPoint
- Fully bilingual with excellent verbal, written and communication skills
- Ability to work in a structured way and adhere to standard course guidelines
- Ability to be creative in the learning environment
- Travel to training destinations throughout the Western Cape
- Facilitate and assess OHS training courses and provide feedback to the Training Manager
- Ensure that the highest standard of training is facilitated
- Lead a group session in a smooth, organized and creative manner
- Manage training equipment and material
- Build sustainable relationships with clients and learners
