We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our clients furniture sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling furniture products to potential customers, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize project activities.
• Coordinate meetings, maintain schedules, and update project plans as directed by the Project Manager.
• Track milestones and deliverables to keep the team informed and aligned.
• Manage resources, assign tasks, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Monitor orders to optimize productivity.
• Prepare, organize, and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and project reports.
• Assist the Project Manager with proposals.
• Manage client communication through emails, phone calls, and other channels.
• Update clients on project progress.
• Prepare collection, delivery, and service notes.
• Assist with loading orders and verifying accuracy for Mercia.
• Track timelines, identify delays, and communicate risks to maintain schedules.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in interior design or equivalent industry specific experience
• 3-5 years of office furniture industry sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to travel
