Role: Operations Manager

Industry: Renewable Energy (Solar PV)

Level: Mid-Senior Level

Key Requirements:

•           Tertiary qualification

•           3 years experience in operations management, ideally within solar, renewable energy, or electrical contracting industries.

•           Proven track record managing residential, commercial, and agricultural solar installation projects.

•           Strong understanding of solar PV systems and electrical installations.

•           Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).

•           Familiarity with inventory management systems and supply chain processes.

•           Experience overseeing and leading internal and external teams, managing performance, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

•           Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and tracking project costs.

•           Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
