They are seeking a Corporate Finance Associate to join their growing team. If you are a results-driven professional with a strong quantitative background and a passion for capital markets, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Modeling: Build and analyze complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and deal structuring.
Pitchbooks and Presentations: Develop compelling pitchbooks and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market, industry, and company research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Due Diligence: Assist in evaluating financial, operational, and strategic information to support transactions and advisory mandates.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
Experience: A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in capital markets or corporate finance.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with valuation techniques and analysis tools is a plus.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
Problem-Solving: Analytical thinker with a detail-oriented approach and a passion for solving challenging problems.
