Our client, a leading player in the telematics industry, is looking to hire an experienced Product Content Trainer based in Randburg.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various departments by facilitating the training and rollout of new products. This includes delivering comprehensive, technically detailed training to sales and support teams when new products are introduced, as well as providing ongoing refresher training to ensure that product knowledge remains up-to-date and of the highest standard across the organization.

Required core competencies:

• Relevant Degree or Diploma or Relevant Work Experience
• Previous Training and User Acceptance Testing Experience
  
• 5 - 7 years of related work experience as technical trainer / support or tester
• 5 years’ experience in the telematics industry required
  

You’ll stand out if you have:

• Proven track record of managing portfolio and customers
• Training on related areas and skills would be advantageous
• ETDP qualification would be advantageous
