- Preparation and submission of monthly / quarterly Management accounts,
- Management reports, profit forecast, profit estimates etc. in accordance with the Financial Director requirements
- Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit process
- Preparation of financial statement of company and group subsidiaries
- Management and maintenance of the financial hygiene of Critical Care General Ledger
- Working on Ad hoc Projects
- Authorisation of journals and reconciliations
- Investigation of unusual transactions
- Releasing of local and forex payments
- Implementation and maintenance of strong internal control to ensure hygiene and compliance with the relevant VAT and SARB regulations within all areas.
- Coordination, planning and preparation of the annual budget
- Coordination, planning and preparation of the year-end accounting packs and tax packs
- Add value through enhanced information delivery through development of the ERP system
- Review business processes (SOP’s) when required and providing support and advice thereof
- Carry out internal Audits and Follow Up Audits.
