Reports to: Maintenance manager
Primary Purpose: Both in the short and long term, you will guarantee the best possible technical performance of our equipment and installations. This is accomplished by data analysis, maintenance plan development, and timely execution of these plans. Together with the Head of Technical Services, you will create the (year) maintenance plan based on technical requirements, financial constraints, and engagement with partners and production planning.

Job description / core competencies:

You will ensure the optimal technical operation of our machines and installations, both in the short term and the long term. You do this by analyzing data, developing maintenance plans, and ensuring that these plans are executed as scheduled. You will prepare the (annual) maintenance plan in collaboration with the Head of Technical Services based on technical specifications, budgetary possibilities, and coordination with production planning and partners.

Additionally:

- You will adjust maintenance schedules for major, minor, and preventive maintenance.

- You will make proposals for conducting inspections and preventive maintenance based on analyses of technical failures and recommendations from suppliers.

- You will propose improvements based on KPIs, evaluation reports, and data analysis.
