Job & Company Description:
This established business in the manufacturing sector is looking for a driven Financial Manager to take ownership of their financial operations. With a focus on streamlining processes, managing stock, and overseeing costing systems, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Reporting to the senior leadership team, you’ll be at the heart of financial decision-making in a dynamic and growing organization.
Other duties include:

• Overseeing costing processes, including BOMs and WIPs.
• Managing stock, ensuring accuracy, and optimizing inventory controls.
• Handling import and export processes, including regulatory compliance.
• Delivering accurate financial reports and insights to support business growth.
• Collaborating across departments to drive efficiencies and improve profitability.

Education:

• BCom degree with completed articles.

Job Experience & Skills required:

• Exposure to manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of costing systems, BOMs, WIPs, and stock management.
• Experience with import and export processes is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
