Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

A relevant Diploma/Degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and contract management within a complex environment
In-depth knowledge of procurement practices, strategies, and best practices
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and optimize procurement costs
Sound understanding of procurement regulations and compliance standards
