Prportactical working knowledge;

Leave capturing i.e. Sick Leave, Annual, Fam Responsibility etc; Maintain weekly/monthly reports i.e. absenteeism, contracts, HR stats etc.

Administrative input to payroll i.e. Movements, changes, deductions etc. General staff queries. Handling of conflict. Policy understanding, including interpretation and application. Co-ordinate BBBEE data for annual audits. Loading Equity & Skills. Hence Familiar with navigating the MerSeta NSDM system & EE portal. Liaising with TES. Timesheets. Disciplinary scribe & recording. Maintenance of Employee records & files. General Admin & filing. Further development in HR will be part of the role requirement.

Legislation: 4 to 5 years
Administration Skills
Hris Database Management: 4 to 5 years

Candidate Requirements

Grade 12/Senior certificate or equivalent qualification. Relevant HR qualification. 3-5 years or more working experience in a general HR environment.

Basic understanding of BCEA/EE/SD/LRA/Main Agreement etc

We require the successful candidate to have a STRONG administrative background in HR. Psiber/payroll, MS Office, Good Excell skills. Strong attention to detail. Confidentiality essential. Accuracy & speed is essential. Good communication skills. Agility and able to work with all diversities in the workplace.
