Lead the financial strategy of a dynamic manufacturing powerhouse!

Are you a seasoned Financial Manager with a passion for the manufacturing sector? 

My client is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented professional to oversee and optimize the financial operations of our dynamic manufacturing company.

This role is based in Klipriver, Johannesburg South.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full financial function, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor and control cost management initiatives to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end processes.
• Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering growth and professional development.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements, including VAT, PAYE, and corporate tax.
• Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management within the Manufacturing/Rentals industry.
• Strong understanding of financial and cost accounting principles.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
