Our client is seeking a highly motivated and customer focused individual to join their team as a store supervisor in their restaurant . As a Supervisor you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store operations.

Responsibilities 

• Opening and closing of the store
• Managing the overall operations and activities of each department
• Ensuring staff and guests follow all set policies and procedures
• Resolving conflict or complaints from guests and employees determining optimal solutions
• Monitor and maintain stock inventory
• Complete and accurate reporting
• Ensuring cash ups are done correctly and submitted daily
• Ensuring all documents and reports are ready for cash collection
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring employees provides the same level of standards
• Ensuring that the interior and exterior of the store is maintained to Company standards
• Co ordinate and execute functions such as sales, birthday parties and corporate events.
• Communicate and execute all marketing programs
• Monitor loss prevention
• Managing HR admin
• Shift scheduling
• Motivation of employees
• Maintaining up to date knowledge of our packages, pricing and special offers
• Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and booking quotas
