Job Title: Project Controls Manager

Location: South Africa, Burgersfort

Job Type: 24 month Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

Primary Industry: Mining

Job Duties:

• Develop and implement project control processes and procedures
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Prepare progress reports and forecasts for project stakeholders
• Identify and address project risks and issues
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure project success
• Review and analyse project data to make informed decisions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Proven experience in project controls within the mining industry
• Strong understanding of project management principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software Microsoft Project or Primavera P6

Experience:

• Minimum of 5+ years in project controls, with extensive managerial experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Significant experience in mining projects, with a solid understanding of the project lifecycle, from feasibility to commissioning.
