We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Business Development Manager to spearhead the development and expansion of our Enterprise division within the Core Group, in partnership with a prestigious software giant and global PC brand.
This senior role is ideal for a seasoned business development professional with a strong track record in solution-based sales, hardware sales, client engagement, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will be skilled in identifying and securing new business while also building and maintaining long-term relationships with strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new enterprise opportunities to drive revenue growth. Develop tailored solutions that deliver real value to clients.
- Solution Selling: Present and sell customised, solutions based on a deep understanding of client needs and evolving market dynamics.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen enduring relationships with distribution partners, ensuring shared success and long-term collaboration.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Design and implement strategic sales initiatives that align with Core Group’s objectives.
- Industry Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, monitor competitor activity, and pinpoint emerging opportunities for growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to deliver holistic solutions that drive partner success.
- Pipeline and Forecasting: Maintain an active sales pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate forecasting, and expedite the closure of opportunities.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular sales reports for senior management, offering strategic insights and actionable recommendations derived from market feedback.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree. An MBA or equivalent qualification is advantageous.
- Experience: 7-10 years of enterprise sales experience with a proven record of success in closing high-value, complex deals, ideally within the technology distribution sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the technology and distribution ecosystem, with established networks and senior-level connections.
- Sales Expertise: Proficiency in consultative and solution-based sales, with exceptional negotiation and presentation skills. Experience in engaging with C-suite executives is required.
