Employer: Kone Staffing Solutions
· Support the implementation of the operational plan of the unit.
· Provide administrative support in assisting with the management of the online certificate replacement system.
· Online applications validation, printing, and distribution of certificates.
· Assist walk in clients who are collecting certificates from Umalusi.
· Prepare waybills for certificates to be dispatched with courier.
· Attend to e-mail enquiries and ensure that emails are responded to timeously.
· Assist with the calls received from the public.
· Management of the filing system in the unit.
· Maintain the unit's electronic and hard copy files per the file plan.
· Manage the flow of documents in and out of the unit.

Candidate Requirements
· · National Senior Certificate; Senior Certificate or a National Certificate (Vocational) Level 4 qualification – on NQF L4.
· Good communication skills (written and verbal).
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet).
· Telephone etiquette.
· The ability to work independently and work under pressure.
· Ability to deal with the public.
· Good administration, record-keeping and time management
