About the Role:
Are you passionate about connecting with people and creating memorable experiences? This role involves managing customer journeys from initial inquiries to post-event excitement. You’ll handle communications, support marketing, and contribute to operations, ensuring our equestrian customers have a spectacular experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to emails, messages, phone calls, and live chats.
• Drive sales by following up on inquiries and converting interest into bookings.
• Manage customer queries, payments, and refunds in collaboration with the finance team.
• Gather and share rider stories for use across marketing and communications.
• Craft engaging copy for newsletters, social media, and customer templates.
• Coordinate travel, manage event swag, and oversee freelancers and volunteers.
• Support the race program and continuously improve systems and processes.

About You:

• A deep connection to equestrianism – you understand the thrill and dedication it takes to care for horses plan exciting trail rides.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
