What They’re Looking For:

• 1–5 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong focus on lead generation.
• Experience in telesales or telecommunication is a must.
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and building rapport over the phone.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for LinkedIn and email outreach.
• Industry experience in payroll solutions is beneficial but not required – full training is provided.
• A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
