Join our client’s team in the mining industry as a Category Manager, where you will lead the development of innovative category strategies and make a lasting impact on their procurement processes.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering
Postgraduate Degree / MBA in Supply Chain or Business Administration (preferred)
Proven experience in developing category strategies, including lifecycle cost models
Strong supplier relationship management and contract negotiation skills
Leadership experience in managing and mentoring category management teams
Prior experience in the mining industry is essential
