Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Leader to oversee operations within their production environment. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a team, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain high standards within a food production setting. If you are an experienced professional with a background in production and supervisory roles, we want to hear from you!

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
A Diploma or Certification in Production Management or a related field (highly advantageous)
A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a production environment, with a proven track record in a supervisory or managerial role
Experience in food production, with a sound understanding of industry standards and practices
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making capabilities
