Job & Company Description:
Are you an experienced, qualified Chartered Accountant seeking an exciting career opportunity with international exposure? Our client, a leading company in the security and fencing industry, is looking for a Regional Financial Manager to join their team in the Cape Winelands. This is a highly dynamic role where you will not only manage the financial operations for the region but also contribute to strategic decision-making within an expanding international business. If you are an accomplished finance professional with at least five to six years of post-article experience, we want to hear from you!

Duties:

Oversee and manage the financial performance of the regional business unit, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
Implement financial controls to mitigate risks and safeguard company assets.
Lead a team of finance professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure optimal team performance.
Act as a strategic partner to the senior leadership team, providing financial insights, advice, and recommendations that drive operational and business growth.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant

Experience:

A minimum of five to six years of relevant industry experience outside of audit
Knowledge of local and international requirements
