Seeking an exciting role within Banking?

We are seeking a qualified and highly skilled Financial Manager to join a prestigious banking institution based in Johannesburg North. This is a dynamic opportunity to work with a leading player in the financial services industry, where you will be responsible for driving financial management excellence within the organisation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in financial management and accounting principles, with a particular focus on the banking industry.

Duties:

Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and banking regulations.
Manage the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Review and analyse financial statements to assess financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions and reconciliation of accounts.
Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard financial assets and mitigate financial risks.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant industry knowledge within banking.
