Our client in the manufacturing sector is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Manager to join their team on Cape Town! Th is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a background in the food industry who are looking to take the next step in their careers.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably in the food industry)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Relevant technical qualification (e.g., Engineering, Production Management, or similar)
In-depth knowledge of quality control processes, maintenance management, and health and safety regulations
Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Solid understanding of production processes and manufacturing technologies
