Hire Resolve's Client is seeking a Solutions Architect to join their team. The Solutions Architect will design and implement innovative technical solutions that align with business goals. This role involves evaluating business needs, crafting scalable and secure architectures, and ensuring successful project delivery. The Solutions Architect acts as a bridge between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring the seamless integration of systems and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design:

   • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
   • Design architectures for applications, integrations, data management, and infrastructure that meet scalability, security, and performance criteria.

2. Technical Leadership:

   • Guide development teams in implementing architecture best practices.
   • Oversee the technical delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to standards and timelines.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

   • Work closely with business leaders, developers, and project managers to align technology solutions with business objectives.
   • Present architecture designs and roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders in an understandable manner.

4. Technology Evaluation:

   • Research and evaluate emerging technologies and tools for suitability in the organization.
   • Recommend technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and meet business goals.

5. Standards and Compliance:

   • Define and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices.
   • Ensure solutions comply with regulatory, security, and privacy requirements.

6. Problem Solving:

   • Address and troubleshoot complex technical challenges during the development and deployment phases.
   • Optimize existing systems to improve performance and reduce costs.

7. Documentation and Training:

   • Prepare detailed architectural documentation and design specifications.
   • Train and mentor development teams on new technologies and architectural practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background:
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 4-7+ years of experience in IT architecture, software development, or system design.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale solutions.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and integration tools (APIs, middleware).
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
